Mehmet Yilmaz ("we", "us", or "our") operates the BrainPulse mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Apple ID (optional): If you choose to sign in with Apple for Cloud Sync, we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your name and email. Apple may provide a private relay email address.

Information collected automatically:

• Training data: Session results including N-Level, accuracy, duration, mode, and timestamps. This data is stored locally on your device by default.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as screen views, session counts, and crash reports. This helps us improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash and error logs to identify and fix bugs.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Browsing history
• Health or fitness data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• To sync your training data across devices (if you enable Cloud Sync)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the App
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• To process in-app purchases through Apple's App Store

3. Cloud Sync & Data Storage

If you sign in with Apple and enable Cloud Sync, your training data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Your data is associated with your unique user identifier and is not shared with other users.

You can disable Cloud Sync at any time by signing out in the App's Settings. Your local data will remain on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, data storage (Firestore), analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Your training data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. Cloud-synced data is retained in Firestore as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and associated cloud data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Firestore data access is restricted using security rules that ensure users can only access their own data.

7. Children's Privacy

BrainPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics collection (by disabling analytics in your device settings)
• Withdraw consent for Cloud Sync at any time by signing out

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
